How hiring works

cutconnect is free for everyone, for good: no fees for clients or editors, and no cut of what you earn.

  1. 00:00

Find an editor or post a job

Watch portfolios and message an editor, or post a job story and let editors reply to you.

  2. 00:15

    Check them out

See who they've edited for, which accounts we've checked, and how fast they usually reply.

  3. 00:30

    Agree the deal in writing

Price, deadline, revisions and deliverables, confirmed by both of you in the chat.

  4. 00:45

    Work together

You pay each other directly, and cutconnect takes no cut. Use milestones for bigger projects.

Hire editors with receipts

No guessing who you're dealing with. Every profile shows proof, and every deal can be put in writing.

Checked accounts
A green ✓ means we confirmed the editor owns that Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account. Numbers they enter themselves are labelled self-reported.
Deals in writing
Price, deadline, revisions and deliverables go into a terms card in your chat, confirmed by both sides. If anything goes wrong, that's the record.
Replies you can count on
“Usually replies within…” is measured from real conversations, so ghosting shows. Stolen work can be reported on any profile, and anyone can be blocked. How it works.

Why cutconnect exists

“I've only ever worked with editors I knew personally. People kept asking me where to find a good editor, and editors kept asking me where to find work. There was no good answer, so I built one.”
Founder of cutconnect, Vienna
